Highlight items in new newsletter (digest) and email notifications layouts: person name, content title, etc.

To improve readability of the new newsletter and email notification design please, please make the topic/post titles and links to topic/blog/etc. more prominent (different color, bold, ...?) as these are really hard to read for our users.

Also this cannot be customized since the whole string is stored in the DB and cannot be formatted by us.

Example:

Doe John mentioned you in a comment on the wiki page AW: How to use abc service in the Very Good wiki.

Should be:

_Doe John_ mentioned you in a comment on the wiki page _AW: How to use abc service_ in the _Very Good_ wiki.
