add actions to the card-based display of communities Merged

Based on the new card-based display of communities, please add the options "Open link in new tab" and "Copy community link" to the Actions for every community card.

-> To see a description of a community, click the arrow in the card. Then click the Actions icon to see what you can do right there, such as join or follow the community and open community in new tab and copy the community link.
