Hide CSV option on invite guest if the user doesn't have the appropriate role

Users get a popup when they click on invite guest and can select "invite" and "import csv".
When they try to import csv, they can select a csv file and send invitation but this is not possible and an error occurs. Only Administrators are allowed to invite with CSV.

Please enhance documentation, that Import CSV needs an extra role and the Link to "Import CSV" should only be visible for users with the appropriate role.

or both topics "invite single person" and "import CSV" should be configured through the role "invite-user".
