Enhance #bottom anchored text to redirect to the bottom of the Community Overview

We are using the Textbox.io or Tiny MCE for Connections.

Using a Bookmark/anchor: #bottom should work correctly when adding into the Community Rich Content widget or Community Description widget in a community and redirect to the bottom of the page.

    To my understanding the #bottom anchor is limited to the Rich text field it is in and can not expand the scope to the entire landing page. I don't see a way how this scope coudl be extended.
