Generate logs in background for HCL Connections Desktop Plugin

In cases where the issue is unpredictable, this could cause issue to troubleshoot it because usually happens when the end user havent opened the dltrace.exe.

This is the reason customer would like to have the logs being created in background without the end user action to start the DITrace

    Yeah,

    is not simple for users use/open DITrace.exe BEFORE that they have a problem! Need an easier way...

    Users may have some difficult to maintain opened the DlTrace.exe for log period of time, or normally they forgot to open it when asked. Please implement this feature to make easier the troubleshooting of any kind of issue on the desktop plugin .
