could you confirm whether this waa with a document that contained comments? We know that once you leave a comment in a document, the viewer has a problem. But it sounds like this is with any document now with or without comments...
I tested and found this behavior with word documents created in Office 365.
Hi, which type of document was used to test this (word, ppt, xls) or does it apply to all three? We know there are certain restrictions that are being introduced by ongoing updates to the MS Office formats. We are evaluating how we can best respond to the ongoing changes.
