Ability to change default view for Community Files (and Files in general)

Connections should allow administrator to set default Files and Community Files view for users.

    Hi,

    since the last selected setting of the Files view will be remembered, this only occurs the very first time a user opens the Community Files view; If this is desired, than we woudl like to suggest to leverage the Customerizer capabliity to adjust this behavior for all users.
