add k3s as a supported Platform for componentpack for smaller environments

We see smaller environments, which struggle to implement k8s for connections. Connections works fine on 1 Node. But adding 6 Nodes just for componentpack in HA config is too much for them, as the added value does not match the required resources.
Adding 1 k3s all-in-one Node without HA would be more attractive for those customers.

From my testing, it requires only a few tweaks to scale it down.

    I’d like to clarify why this was marked as 'Shipped.' In version 8.0 CR13, we introduced and tested a single-node Kubernetes deployment specifically for smaller environments. This was developed as our primary solution while evaluating K3s support. If there is still a specific need for K3s, we can revert the status or update the description to better reflect what was shipped.
