Integrate Connections Files into Domino Leap Applications

We do have some important Domino Leap applications for documentational purposes that contain "attachment fields". Currently this field type is just a regular upload/drop zone field where you can match 1 attachment to each field. If a new version of the attachment resurfaces, you can only delete the old version from the field and upload the new version. Versioning is being "solved" by adding timestamps to the attachment names.

Make a connections file attachment widget available to leap.
