Enable Guest Users in Connections Cloud and ICEC SaaS

Many prospecto clients request the possibility to have a public Information regarding communities and announcements without a registered user, and manage Information as common Community with registered users for other kind of Information. Right now have public Information in Connections Cloud + ICEC  is not possible in SaaS version

    We are exploring options that would provide a more affordable option for users who only need read-only access to Connections Cloud/ICEC content (would still require registration and login, though).  We do not at this time expect to have a solution that would allow for truly anonymous (not registered) users.
