Allow formatting, tables, screenshots etc. in comments

As an IBM Connections user, I want to be able to use all formatting options that the editor provides for creating an entry in a Wiki/ Blog, Activity or wherever for commenting that entry as well because the current limitation to text-only comments prevents me from expressing my comment with full fidelity.
