HCL Connections Ideas Portal

Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

For more information and upcoming events, please visit our HCL Connections page.

Refuse the use of the plugin for parts of the user base

Due to strict data security requirements from the authorities, we have a need to refuse the use of plug-in from the internet without two factor authentication.
My idea is to be able to set up a dedicated web server that only gives access to Connections from browser and another that can be used for those networks that are safe and can use the plugin.
We have created support for two-factor authentication on the web but the plugin will be "broken" if you need to log in every time it will be used
There should also be a ready-made support for two-factor authentication in the Connections on-premise
