Reformat text on page when shrinking wiki browser page

The prior connections version would rebalance text on a page (like any normal webpage will do) so that when narrowing the width of a browser page, all of the text remains visible.  The new connections version instead adds a scroll bar and you no longer can see text on the right side of the page.  So you must have your browser window at a certain width in order to see all text.  Any less than that and you must use the scroll bar to see what is hidden.  All text should always be visible.
