Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. Preview outlook email (saved as a file in files)

If you create an email from outlook in connections, it is not possible to preview this as you can with word, excel etc. This makes Connections a cumbersome system to use

Currently, you can only decide if a file should be allowed to be shared externally during upload. If you change your mind, you should be able to change this in the UI as an owner of a file
