    Only Sametime version 9 is currently supported as a Chat client for HCL Connections. Why not version 10? Or version 11 in the future?

    The desktop plugin should allow a user to use save as directly into community files, not only into personal files

    Currently, you can only save into my drive, not into community files - if you use an app that is not covered with a connector like MS Office. So Connections (not the cloud drive) as an explorer node should appear in the save as dialog directly.

    Optionally replace IBM docs with office online

    Instead of using IBM docs for editing MSFT Office Files (which breaks them from time to time) we would prefer to use office online. An admin should be able to chose whether to use docs or officeOnline.

    Add /touchpoint to the customizer paths

    Making sure customizer can intercept the /touchpoint path. THat would allow for example to test customizer for a small population before going live with it using Match statements, or to customize it even further from a UI perspective
