Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

    If no profile picture exists, then profile picture with abbreviation of first and last name.

    If people don't upload a picture there is only the one default profil icon - even not gender neutral. Would be nice to show the profile ficture with abbreviation of first and last name. This is common way - e.g. MS Teams, Outlook etc.

    More Performance for ICEC

    The Engagement Center is a fantastic solution if you also use connections as an intranet platform. Unfortunately, the widgets in icec load very slowly. The performance should be increased here.
