Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Each user would like to know the expiration date of his password.

    Each user of Connections wants to have the ability to see the expiration date of his password. IDEACNCTNS -I-907 was a request for the ability for administrators to see the password expiration dates for all users.

    Allocating personal files in an existing community folder structure

    Users should be able to share personal files with a community and assign them to an existing folder structure, so that the owner (a single person) can spread one file in multiple communities, and update the file only once.

    Remove File versions from version x like you can with Wiki's

    When you want to remove older versions of a file, you have to remove them one by one. It would be very helpful if we can remove multiple versions or have an option "Remove from version .. " !
