    Disable compression for Thumbnails in mediagalery

    Pictures uploaded and used as a thumbnails in media gallery looks to be in lower quality. As software do this as an optimization process, is there a way to disable the compression for Thumbnails in media gallery

    Please provide support for RHEL 8.x asap for 6.0 and 6.5. Connections releases

    RHEL 6.x is running out of support end of Nov 2020. We want to skip 7.x to save extra efforts. The official requirements for Connections do not list RHEL 8.x. Please add this asap.

    If no profile picture exists, then profile picture with abbreviation of first and last name.

    If people don't upload a picture there is only the one default profil icon - even not gender neutral. Would be nice to show the profile ficture with abbreviation of first and last name. This is common way - e.g. MS Teams, Outlook etc.
