Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Other LDAP Posibillities - Azure AD Support.

    At the moment there are only LDAP options such as Active Directory, Domino LDAP, Open LDAP. We would like to have the option of connecting an Azure AD for external users as well.

    Remember sorting of Community Files

    As of CR3/CR4 Files stores the last used view and sorting options for each user. But Community Files does not, which is inconsistent behavior and hard to explain to end users. It would be great to see the feature there as well.

    Track usage of Shared Link for files

    When sharing a file via link you cannot see how many people have taken advantage of it and, if authenticated, who has downloaded / viewed the file in question. This is important for two reasons: 1) audibility and 2) measurement of success.
