Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. Connections calendar synchronization

Possibility to synchronize an event (calendar) between several Connections communities. For example, after creating event in community we should have option of sharing/sync with other communities

If community widgets are hidden option should be available to hide from community navigation bar

If a user decides to hide one or more of his community widgets he should have the option to also have the specific widgets not shown on the community navigation bar.

Rich text editor for surveys

A rich text editor (like in other apps) would be also useful in the app "surveys" e.g. to insert links, pictures and more.

Highlights page navigation menu in communities

Hi guys, The option to use the wiki as a navigation structure is one of the strong features of the Highlights page. However... The way it is currently styled is looking pretty clunky and unprofessional... Without asking for any major updates her.....

Possibility to move custom fields

In activities, it is possible to add custom fields. If you want another order, you must delete the field and start again. If they can be moved, they do not need to be deleted

Changing application URLs / context root is supported for "legacy" Connections applications (https://help.hcltechsw.com/connections/v65/admin/admin/t_admin_common_change_context_root.html), yet it is not supported and does not work for new applica...

We need an report or view when (date/time) the users have accepted the company policy and guidelines via touchpoint . This is an important information and an report via web UI for Admins and Audit team should be available.Please add such feature.

Sync_all_dns by LDAP Group

An organization has a large number of LDAP profiles, which causes sync_all_dns to take an extended period to run. However, only a subset of users in one LDAP group use Connections. Sync_all_dns would be much more efficient if it could be run again...
